Each assortment is merchandised to category, brand, size and colour. Both perimeter and freestanding walls, allow merchandise to be presented with samples, allowing customers to navigate around the self select assortment, with the exception of rolled fabric stock and made to measure window treatments. 

Branded fabrics are presented in alphabetical order, with plain samples merchandised separately. Supporting displays, adjacent to the department located behind the custom made desks, allows a selection of brands to present a coordinated display of bespoke blinds, curtains and cushions, aligning with their own photography styling. Different heading styles with lining qualities are presented in a gallery, showcase contrasting borders and buttons sewn on each pleat. Hand and machine made options, provide the selling teams with the necessary tools to discuss and upsell where appropriate, ensuring the customer has the perfect solution for their window treatment.
