Cookshop
Merchandised to brand, category then colour, allows the customer to navigate around the self select assortment, with the exception of kitchen knives and scissors, which requires selling assistance.
The perimeter wall allows visual merchandising teams to dress above the shop fitting with quirky treatments, providing drama and conversation to the selling landscape. Glass shelves allow boxed or loose selling stock to be presented to their full potential, with supporting menu tickets for ease of shopping, sampling and purchase.
Pendant lights with longevity from the lighting assortment, punctuate the display tables located at key vista points. The tables are supported with ‘Presentation Kit’, adding height when appropriate. Through cross merchandising, the buyer and merchandising teams showcase their vision, allowing the customer to ‘purchase the story’. However, freestanding gondolas allow smaller items to be bulked out to a price architecture, priced with shelf edge tickets.
